Noise is unbearable, I recommend not renting

If you are looking into this apartment, I would strongly advise that you not sign a lease for any of the front facing apartments. The noise on this street is unbearable and management will not provide any assistance in helping to resolve the issues, even when the noise it directly outside of the building door. There were many nights when the noise was at very high levels consistently from 11PM to 5AM. Although the interior is nice I would never sign a lease for this building again. And I should ...

add, that in the middle of a pandemic, the renewal notice included an increase to our rent, when we can see that apartments in the same building with the same dimensions are going for much lower than our original rent.
