i live with my brother there the lease it's under his name i love the neighborhood cause everything it's close by me when we first move there we fell in love with it cause the building was clean but super we have , OMG he is very lazy dont want to do nothing for us our bathroom was i cant even describe it. it took them one year to come fix when email the office to let them know if anything happen to my family i will sue them cause i've been asking the super to fix the bathroom God knows how long ...
and i took pict of everything so i can proof to the judge but if you pay them late they send you court papers but they dont want to do their job ,it took them 4 months to fix the sinks in my kitchen and the pipe in my bathroom and when the handyman came to fix the pipes there were water on the floors he took the towel that i used to dry my body to dry the floor with it and then put it back to the same place and life the used pipe on the floors so we can throw them away for them when i call the office to let know that the lady was just suprised but didnt do nothing about that
