Renovated but expensive
June 7, 2023Rent is pricy must most places in LB are right now. I did like that amenities were up to date. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a PLUS. I did not struggle with parking since I get home early in the evening. However, if you do get home late you will struggle. Several times, owner would text the day of to have access to your unit for maintenance on all units. It did not matter if you were not home, they were still going to access it. For that reason, I felt like there was not much privacy. ...The complex itself is clean. Due to the dorm style structure, you could hear neighbors through walls. I was not able to hear conversations but I did hear mumbling and tv or music. Expect to pay $340 (or more judging by these comments) from your deposit for a paint job and $15 for lint cleaning from dryer, $15 for AC lint cleaning. Even if you are only there a few months. In my opinion this is ridiculous. I have lived at complex’s for years and have never paid this much. Seems like the owners have been getting away for charging this much for a while now. Wish I seen reviews earlier. If you need something quick and like being across from a park, this will be the place for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Nicely Renovated, Very Small Studio, No Parking.
September 30, 2021The Studio is actually nicely renovated with all new everything w/ wash & dryer. However the AC unit is a wall inverter which often leaks water which will damage the wall and paint so it was pretty much useless. The unit is very, very small and tight. The walls are very thin so your neighbor can easily hear your phone conversation and anything else you can think of. Mice have made their way into my apartment during the winter months so be alert! Parking is horrible! It’s street parking and ...parking tickets are $70 in DTLB! The owner is known to hold security deposits longer than 21 days after you move out and he is known to only give you half of your deposit back. I would be very careful doing business with this complex unless you’re desperate for a place to live with no other options! Good luck apartment searching!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
It’s way to overpriced.
April 14, 2021This apartment building is way to overpriced. You have similar units actually bigger in the area for cheaper or same rent . No parking, nor trash removal is included. The parking inconvenience is high sometimes it takes up to an hour for parking. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. I would not recommend anyone moving into these units .Review from Apartments.com
