This apartment is not only in bad condition inside but also very poorly maintained. The manager doesn't work even during working hours, pretending to be a king, and seeing the tenants as just paying people. There are bugs in the hallways and laundry rooms because they do not do the maintenance they should be doing, and the management of this place is also a mess. Never move here.

The manager does not manage the apartment at all, and it takes more than 6 months to request repairs. Also, laundry and parcels in the laundry often disappear every day, and no action is taken against this, and it is famous for harassing people who have lived for a long time for any reason, kicking them out, and receiving rent from new tenants. cockroaches come out of the hallway or house, and in the summer there are big cockroaches flying through the veranda, which is bad for hygiene.I want you to think about this problem again before moving into this apartment.
