December 12, 2018The downstairs neighbor plays loud media that you can hear and feel through the floor: day and night, every day, in the living room and bedroom. Anyone who needs to work from home, enjoys relaxing at home on evenings or weekends, or has trouble sleeping with loud noise should avoid this place.
