I've lived here for a year as of now, but I'm going to keep this simple.
- upstairs 2 bedroom apartment.
- no roaches. (my wife and I are very clean people, but we do have kids.)
- things have broke. my stove had to be replaced, and my roof did cave in. (its an old apartment things are bound to happen. what's important is the response.)
- when my stove broke, it took them 3 business to replace it.
when my roof caved in, not only did the manager and the maintenance person show up, but so did the ...
owner. he personally made sure the roof was dried out and taken care of the right way. that was important to me because I have kids, and mold is not good.
- I've never had "gangster" problems. (good neighborhood, and neighbors keep to themselves.)
- walking distance to a park for kids, as well as school.
- it now has a gate to keep unwanted people out. (if there is ever any.)
for the price, it's very good. It has 5 stars from me, because of the price.
