Renters Reviews and Ratings
Perfect, except for maintenance.
January 22, 2019I fell in love with this building when we first moved in. Very spacious, high ceilings, modern kitchen, lots of natural light, and a perfect little balcony for the summertime. Considering the square footage, the rent is pretty cheap too. I still love it, and I'll probably continue to live here for a few years, but maintenance has been something of a nightmare. We ran into our first maintenance issue about two months after moving in, and we couldn't get a hold of anyone in the office. Left ...voicemail after voicemail, and it took a solid month to get someone out here (after I left a last-straw message saying we would break our lease if no one called me back). After that first maintenance issue, we've had little things here and there break down, and although the office replies a bit quicker than that first time, it's still a major pain. Even though I love this apartment, our troubles with maintenance will probably have us moving eventually.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great building, location, and management team
June 3, 2017Lived here for a year and a half before relocating back to Boston...was one of the first tenants. Despite a few initial hiccups (to be expected with a new renovation) overall excellent experience. New NRS management team is top-notch, friendly and very responsive.Review from Apartments.com
