A secret sanctuary

This 1940's-era building is nice, clean and well-cared for by the management. It's conveniently located to all the cool stuff offered by Old Pasadena, including Coolhaus, the Arclight, and a diverse selection of restaurants and bars.
Parking is included, and laundry is on-site. Easy access to the 110 and 210 freeways.
While the street out front can get a bit noisy at times, the building feels like a well-kept secret. About 99% of the tenants are quiet and respectful of one another, making it a ...
