ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!
October 7, 2020New management was taken over a few years ago. Since then, the building has had mice and cockroaches living inside the building. The “super” has no management skills and is unprofessional. Instead of fixing the 3 washers and 3 dryers they have (for the entire complex) they decide to put a vending machine in the dirty basement. The “super” has family living in the basement in storage rooms and they have all their belongings in the basement which is the walk way to get to your vehicle. HORRIBLE
April 22, 2019Avoid at all costs. Management has changed and since then the super does not maintain the grounds whatsoever. Trash is piled up everywhere, courtyard area is dirty and unkempt, mice in the apartments, neighbors are horribly loud and play the drums at night, laundry machines have been broken and nothing has been done to fix them for 2 weeks.
