    I was renting out a 1 bedroom & 1 bath unit at this address. I was very disappointed at the condition of the entire property, neighborhood and management team. The entire apartment complex is very old and run down and needs some serious renovations. For example good luck with the sewage system. If it isnt the garbage disposal clogging the sink every other day than its waiting 25 mins for hot water, or its having to deal with all the cockroaches in and around the apartment complex. Also if you are ...
    looking for a place easy to get in and out of with a car, find something else. This complex is the only one on the whole neighborhood that doesn't have any sort of electric gate to get in and out. You must get out of the car to shut or open the gate in order to get out of the complex and then you have to do it again. Be fast though because a homeless guy will try to steal your car while you're shutting the gate!!
