They don't call it "upstate Manhattan" without reason: With pastoral Inwood Hill Park as your literal backyard and the stars actually visible in the night's sky, this building is the perfect compromise between those wanting to have a Manhattan address and those wanting the space and peace of a rural area. basement, though we do wish they'd add another dryer. With only two in a large building that's home to many families, to only have two dryers and three washing machines can make doing laundry even more of an actual chore. Almost all the other tenants are incredibly friendly and considerate, so you will often find yourself making small talk in the very slow elevator. To me, this adds to the charm of the area in general since friendly neighbors are often hard to come by in a metropolis. Love this building, love the area!
