1 Star - Be very careful with the owner, very shady

This complex is in poor shape. The ceiling in the parking structure is moldy and falling apart due to plumbing problems that the owner does not want to fix. And he withholds security deposit and make unsubstantiated deductions. Be careful with him. Know your rights!
