Nasty Place
February 29, 2020Stay away from Tremont House in Lawrence, MA. Too expensive, the manager was indifferent to a complaint I reported to him about noise one day. People were talking and socializing in the hallway, and I reported this to the manager, and he said, "What do you expect me to do about it?" Excuse me, but since you are the manager, it is your duty to do something about it. Noise travels there inside. I heard animals on my roof the night I stayed. I got little sleep, and fled the the place early the next ...morning. This is the worst place I have ever lived. Horrible. I also think there is probably drug activity there. June 17, 2017THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED IF I KNEW WHAT I KNEW NOW I WOULD NOT OF PUT ALL MY MONEY UP TO LIVE HERE THIS PLACE IS COCKROACH INFESTED BED BUG INFESTED AND MICE INFESTED THE MANAGEMENT DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING THEN WHEN YOU SAY THAT YOU HAVE THEM THEY BLAME YOU AND SAY YOU BROUGHT THEM IN THE ROOM THE MANAGER HAS NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN TO WATCH CAMERAS AND TELL YOU WHO YOU CAN AND CANT HAVE OVER THEY HOLD YPUR MAIL AND DONT TELL YOU FOR DAYS LATER THEY POST ON THE EAGLE ...TRIBUNE THAT THIS IS THE CLEANEST PLACE WHEN IT IS REALLY DIRTY IN HERE BATHROOMS ARE CLEANED ONCE A WEEK PEOPLE CRAP AND PEE IN THE BATHROOM SHOWERS AND ON THE FLOORS AND THERE ARE SEX OFFENDERS IN THE BUILDING ONE LIVES ON THIRD FLOOR NEAR THE BATHROOM AND CAN SEE IN BATHROOM FROM HIS WINDOW DO NOT RENT FROM HERE ITS A DISGUSTING PLACE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONALRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
