About 606 W Main St
"The Brownstones" are classic Italianate townhouses and the oldest apartment buildings in Kent! They are on the West side of town, 2 1/2 blocks from the Kent Public library, 3 from downtown, 1 1/2 blocks from Fred Fuller park. There is a nice shared green space behind the units where tenants can garden, play games, picnic, have small parties, and bonfires. Each unit has coin-operated laundry in their basement (LOTS of storage) and large bedrooms. Gas, water, and trash included. E/W Main bus stop right outside and a satellite parking lot 1 block from campus. We also rent to students & faculty of Kent State University!
