This property is not well-maintained, and the neighborhood is overly crowded. The alley behind the building is constantly busy with cars going in and out, creating noise and congestion. The back garage door is a persistent issue—it’s often broken, and when it does close, it slams so hard that it shakes the corner apartments in 6133 and even the adjacent building at 6125 Whitsett Ave. If you’re considering renting or buying in this area, think twice.
