Poor management terrible neighborhood

Neighborhood is extremely bad shootings drugs my daughter was almost hit by a stray bullet just one block down the street on hull place. I lived in the apartment complex for years. I would never rent from that real estate company ever again. When something needed to get done around my apartment I had to constantly call and even then a lot of things still didn't get done. Although it is now Under New ownership the new owner is extremely nice and very respectful and lives on the property. Myself ...

and my family are very happy to be out of that neighborhood.

Was a great area I've lived here since the yr 2000 it's now not the best area if you have kids a benefit is that its close to the park disadvantage the parking sucks and the in apartment could be better everything in it is screaming cheap but for living comfortable this house is decent needs alot of upgrades other than that it's average
