Terrible Management and Property

This place is poor for many reasons but I'll try to list my top three. #1 Main Street Management - Never available by phone or email #2 Property is not closed off to busy public street. Homeless and drug addicts constantly look into cars and hang around the building looking for money and food. #3 Main Street Management - Not a mistake listing them twice.. Should tell you something about their conduct. I asked three months leading up to my renewal if I should expect any changes.. Exact words in ...

a text message was "We have not looked into that property yet but we will let you know when we do"... 30 days before my lease ends... I get my renewal rent increased over $200 a month of out of no where.. Yes they gave me 30 days blah blah but really.. When I ask 3 months in advance and get shown the door.. Do your really want to feel like you can trust someone like that with your life? With your home?
