management never responds to you, unless it’s because you’re “late on rent”. there’s black mold from the basement up. toilet and shower barely works unless you try to fix it up yourself. sinks clog no matter what you do. the electricity constantly flickers or shuts off completely for minutes on end. good luck with parking, your neighbors will have “seniority” and cause issues. if you were considering living here because of the price, don’t. it’s like that for a reason.
