one of many spacious studio surrounding a tropical landscape
August 14, 2015This 18 unit complex is in perfect walking distance of everything "Bixby Knolls." Not only is it in a prime area of Long Beach, but it is one of the nicer complexes in BK. My studio is a little over 300 sq ft with a long kitchen (I keep a desk and file on one end). The living space is big enough for a full/queen sized bed a full sized sofa bed ( or use the provide murphy bed) a chair and an armoir...oh and my gazelle :). There is a hallway dedicated to a vanity, cupboards, drawers, and a ...double sliding door closet. At the end is the bathroom-- it's small, but definitely doable. This is the ONLY room lacking built-in cupboards and drawers. Yes the building is old, but it has character! The walls are textured and yes there is popcorn on the ceiling...:/. Can't complain though, the new management has really improved their game and is always responsive to your needs. They even have gone high-tech with a ticketing system for maintenance!
