Great Complex and owner is great

I lived in one of the 3 bed 2 bath units for approx. 2 years in 2007-2009. The owner also owner the gas station next door so it was easy to drop the rent off. If i was a little late there was a late fee but i never felt i would be displaced because i was late. Rent was far under the average and there was plenty of parking for my car, truck and even my boat. Only negative was the busy intersection due to casino traffic but overall a great place.
