This apartment is right on Bass Lake, and the view is amazing. Fishing, kayaking, boating...all are within feet from the front door. The view definitely makes up for what the apartment lacks. Two bedroons, one bathroom. One bedroom does not have a direct vent for heat, so a little heater is needed for the winter months. The windows and door in the living room can be drafty in the colder months also. The all tile floors in the entire apartment are not the greatest either. There is an apartment ...
above this one, but it is not always occupied. The landlord uses it for family, but when they are there, they don't seem to care that there is someone staying below them. There is no washer or dryer, or hookup for one in the apartment either, so trips to the laundromat are required. Being just minutes from downtown Traverse, minutes from the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, and feet away from a lake, make up for what this apartment lacks.
