Cheap and easy

This apartment building is cheap and central to major public transportation. As a whole, it's a great deal, but be wary of certain issues. The super, though incredibly nice, barely speaks a word of english, which can be troublesome. They are slow to fix problems (the front door was without a lock for almost half a year) and the building itself is old and a bit rundown. Our apartment is spacious with hardwood floors, but 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. The bathroom has a lot to be desired and ...

the shower has a mind of its own. Overall, however, this is a great deal in an up and coming neighborhood!
