After moving here from an unfortunate housing situation in Midtown, I have been nothing but pleased with my apt. The landlord and the super are easy to get ahold of, and helpful with all concerns and problems. The neighborhood is wonderful, full of families and right across the street from the park. Local restaurants are full of friendly people who have been in the area forever, so there's a great family feel everywhere you go. The basketball court right across the street hosts the local league ...
games every weekend, so the only downside is that sometimes it's a little noisy, but the crowds are maintained and there's never any trouble.
Plus the you can literally see the 3 train entrance from the living room window!!
