March 26, 2018Not a safe area, a lot of homeless people and it seems like a car is broken into every few weeks. The building is old and outdated. I don't know who is in charge of keeping up the building but they do a horrible job. Theresa the landlord has hung up on me before while on the phone and will find ways to get money out of you. Definitely not an honest person. The people living in the buildings seem to be good people though. To sum it up, this place is not worth the amount of rent and the landlord ...doesn't care.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Decent for the price
August 11, 2015Variety of floor plans. 1 & 2 bedrooms there's a few lofts. Some units have fireplaces. None fall into the luxury category, but as titled, it's decent. Laundry on each floor. Dishwashers in every unit. Great views from many units and all of 'em have balconies. Parking available in the building's garage for extra monthly fee. Right on major bus lines and easy to walk to everything you need.
