It was a great place to live. With the building getting old and no new remodelings it's not worth the price. Parking is descent, but the neighbors tend to park all their vehicles in the street. 10 years ago it was a beautiful place because the landlord cared about their tenants. Now the landlord cares about raising the price and paying for cheap labor when the heater, water pipes, or sink is broken. It gets fixed so it can break down within a few days, again.
