Poor Service
May 13, 2023I schedule an appointment for a tour to see in one of the one bedroom one bathroom units. I've called for 2 days straight and then have left a voicemail, I have received nothing but an email telling me to schedule tour that I already scheduled. Absolutely no feedback, no call back, no other emails. It's almost like they're advertising something that they don't want to sell. Would have made a really nice place to live but I guess I'll be taking my money elsewhereReview from Apartments.com
Whewwww the WORST PLACE EVER
July 6, 2021Unfortunately my experience at 6900 Lofts was horrible. The apartment is so loud with the doors slamming and the neighbors. Residents placed bags of trash in the hallways and by the back door entrance where my apartment was located. I took multiple pictures of this. There were people who upon moving out threw their furniture off of the 3rd floor balconies along with hampers and a vacuum. The dumpsters are always overfilled and residents place garbage outside of the dumpster instead of opening ...it up. The laundry room washers don’t wash well and the dryers don’t dry well. My clothes washed and did not spin. I had to call my husband upstairs to help me ring them out. I complained about a leak under my kitchen sink and they came and told me it was fixed. The leak wasn’t fixed and cabinets rotted. I kept the maintenance visit paper that stated it was fixed and also took pictures of my entire apartment prior to my family’s departure. I was really discouraged because moving is expensive and I felt like this was a complete waste of time. The communication is poor like it was said in other reviews, and it’s even worse as a resident. The worst place to live
November 21, 2020Never move into this property, the model apartment is not the same as the one you get when you move in. They have bedbugs, spiders, and mice. The apartment they give you is all old and not remodeled. They charge you the same month's rent by deposit and then take away your deposit money for them to cover the expenses to fix it again and give it to the next tenant.They never take calls, in the office they tell you one thing and in the end they do nothing. You can only communicate by email, ...which does not solve anything. If I could put 0 stars I would. It was a nightmare living there.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Typical “upgraded apartment”
June 22, 2019I’ll be honest it’s a place of shelter. That being said the constant protest to get maintenance to fix something, the overwhelming stench of weed in the building, and the huge amount of pest (roaches, spiders, and ants) in your own apartment. I would only recommend this place if you absolutely need a place to stay for a bit. But for real I regret living here.Property Manager Responded
