I tried to stay in my Apartment for almost a year but TaylorMade MGMT has not responded to Flood I had when I first moved in after they sent their own Maintenance to FIX toilet, it broke right away & flooded apt. MGMT also NEVER responded to Broken Oven, Broken Washer, Broken Refrigerator, Broken Microwave and 2× broken Faucet. They lied & said appliances worked in lease. Said they would replace Broken appliances last year & did not. Their own Maintenance tried to fix my faucet 5-6 hours and it ...
broke next day.
When TaylorMade came to fix toilet(not a plumber), they literally ripped my cabinet door off & were rude. Never fixed door. My apartment is NOTHING like pics online.
The final draw making me move now is when Landlord let 3 kids move next door and our Parking lot is like a McDonald's Drive thru at ALL hours, every day, while they deal drugs out of our lot all night. I am tired of same neighbors screaming and beating each other up. Other neighbors are calling Police on them often. I told TaylorMade MGMT (Kathleen) and she had 0 response. My neighbors tried to sell drugs to my other neighbor who drives for Amazon and doesn't use drugs.
I interestingly have an erroneous $1,500 bal in my online tenant account since last year. It was money confirmed to me that Gateway sent to them & they refuse to deposit it in my account. I saw the check myself!
Ater 10-15 attempts by email, phone & texts to TaylorMade, I gave up. Do NOT live here.
