If I can give less than 1 i would... This is absolutely the worst complex I've ever lived in. Consistently the leasing office staff has failed to clean up the complex. Consistently there's trash litter throughout the apartment buildings. Trash just blows in the wind with no regard. Leasing office Staff consistently provides excuses and never know when things will be fixed. Never know when things will be cleaned up. Completely inept. Roads leading into apartment buildings have serious, potholes ...
and damage without repair. Doors to buildings are broken. Carpets are ripped. Majority of equipment in the gym is broken. Tenants cannot access gym after hours. I've consistently complain about water damage and leakage in my hallway bathroom, leasing office says they keep putting work orders however, nothing is rectified. There is no access to maintenance to try to schedule or discuss the issues with them directly. People in this complex serious steal packages in this complex! During the winte the roads are not plowed making it hard to get to work in the morning. I honestly don't really leave reviews about apartments or places that I've lived, but I am completely fed up. I'm honestly think I'm going to break my lease and returning to my old apartment. This place is absolutely disgusting and sickening. Just because it's cheaper doesn't mean it should be this disgusting.

It's Not Worth It

We've lived here for two years. In that whole time, we've never had working A/C. We've had caution tape around a hole in the backyard with electric wire for months. They say people have keyfobs for the gym but when you ask for one they say there aren't any. They will never pick up the phone if you have a question. They'll only contact you to tell you that they're charging you for something. And the newest owners (since Jan 2022) are even worse than the previous. Also the gates don't work but ...
Google still marks it as restricted roads, so ordering delivery is a pain, too. The floor plans are nice, the other residents are mostly chill, everything else isn't worth the hassle.

Would not recommend takes maintenance weeks to complete request. I had a plumbing problem from the 1st day I moved in put in multiple request, nothing. Put in a final request saying if someone doesn’t come out I will call the health department on a Friday and then a contractor finally came on the following Monday. After 4 months of waiting. Now there are mice in the unit, I keep my unit clean and I have put in 2 request for pest treatment they have been marked completed but not one trap or ...
treatment have been done in the unit and I’ve seen mice since. I guess I just actually call the health department this time.

This place is deplorable and the staff is nonexistent. The office never answers and leaves randomly, and maintenance never comes in a timely fashion nor do they actually fix the issue. This place is awful!

I have not had a great experience at 7 Pointe Apartments and I am not alone. 4 other residents, 2 in my building, have ended their lease early if that says anything. The management team is useless, the office refuses to answer phones then complains when I walk in to ask a question, “you need to make an appointment to talk to us.” Maintenance is a joke as it takes 6 months to get a request handled. We are unable to use the amenities we pay for (pool, fitness center, gated entrance, locked door to ...
building) When our lease ends we WILL NOT be renewing, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to save their money and point them in a direction to a better apartment complex.

This is a clean and safe location, you get what you get from an extra amenities and office decorum but the overall experience is acceptable for the cost. You have room to remain independent without too much extra policing and for the majority of the community keeps the area up.
