If I can give less than 1 i would... This is absolutely the worst complex I've ever lived in. Consistently the leasing office staff has failed to clean up the complex. Consistently there's trash litter throughout the apartment buildings. Trash just blows in the wind with no regard. Leasing office Staff consistently provides excuses and never know when things will be fixed. Never know when things will be cleaned up. Completely inept. and damage without repair. Doors to buildings are broken. Carpets are ripped. Majority of equipment in the gym is broken. Tenants cannot access gym after hours. I've consistently complain about water damage and leakage in my hallway bathroom, leasing office says they keep putting work orders however, nothing is rectified. There is no access to maintenance to try to schedule or discuss the issues with them directly. People in this complex serious steal packages in this complex! During the winte the roads are not plowed making it hard to get to work in the morning. I honestly don't really leave reviews about apartments or places that I've lived, but I am completely fed up. I'm honestly think I'm going to break my lease and returning to my old apartment. This place is absolutely disgusting and sickening. Just because it's cheaper doesn't mean it should be this disgusting.
