We now have an Actively monitored and recorded 12 camera security system on the property and we also have free 10-15mps WiFi access for all our valued tenants. There is also an upgrade option to 70 mps up 10mps down for $45 a month if you need the additional speed. Water, Sewer, and Garbage are included in the monthly rent and tenants pay their own Electricity & Gas. The complex has small Storage lockers on site for $45 more a month if you need the extra storage area.
