MOST BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS IN MADISON!

This is honestly the most beautiful apartment I've ever lived in and even though it's listed as a "studio" , it still has a bedroom without a door. The entire apartment has GORGEOUS vinyl plank flooring, contemporary kitchen backsplash tile, neutral colors, so much natural bright sunlight (which I love) , laundry in unit, a dishwasher, updated appliances and I have never felt more spoiled. The gym is AWESOME, there is bike storage downstairs, the community room is lovely, and parking is so easy, ...

safe and warm . EVP coffee downstairs is delicious and the mailroom is super safe. I love being right next to the hospital and right on the bike trail. We have so many busses stop by right outside our building and to top it all off- Michelle is the kindest, sweetest, most wonderful property manager I have ever known in my life. She is a blessing and an angel. She is always available to help you with anything or answer questions and is so caring!

There are a lot of great properties in Madison (700 included) but not always great staff. These apartments are well maintained by courteous and friendly staff. Maintenance has always been quick to address any issue I've ever had. The property manager does little gestures to make you feel special like occasional bagels and coffee or catered dinners for all tenants. I found this especially nice moving across the country and not knowing anyone in the area. I'm on my second year here and suspect ...

My husband and I lived at 700UBD the first year it opened and loved our time there. He worked at the VA so his commute was a short walk while I worked downtown and easily road the bus to work every morning from across the road. We had no trouble with maintenance, no needs that weren't met by the leasing office and enjoyed meeting all the other residents. The only minor issue was that we couldn't fit a couch in the elevator to go upstairs, but this is a minor issue and it was an extremely long ...
