March 4, 2026This was a bit of a last minute sign on for my husband and I as we are from TN and moving states was tricky. I was very surprised by the amenities and the studio unit. We don't ever need too much space since we work more than we're home. The bathroom is spacious and the hardware is very chic and modern. The high ceilings are awesome. I feel like you only see those high ceilings in the model units lol. We got very lucky. The kitchen has so much storage, as well as the rest of the unit for hiding ...unsightly things like totes. The price point shocked me but New Hampshire is generally quite pricey due to lack of housing in general. Parking is questionable and something I'm having to work around. We do have two vehicles and we can only buy one garage space per unit, which does suck a bit. Otherwise, everything has been great with 75 Canal.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026I’ve lived here for about three months and have really enjoyed it so far. The community has a great atmosphere, and the staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. January 22, 2026Everything here seemed great. Even the periodic planes flying above the complex aren't a big deal (but you should be aware they do fly over). The heartbreaker with 75 Canal is the very poor soundproofing on the floors and walls. Jones Street Residential built the building to specification but did not pay the extra for each unit to ensure proper soundproofing. In 'going cheap' on construction for the floor and walls, we can hear the neighbors and they can hear us...even just normal ...living/noise levels cause complaints. For this rent cause, we expect MUCH better in this regard. Frankly, noise complaints are a leading tenant complaint with most apartment complexes, and by going cheap on the build...Jones Street Residential did a disservice to the tenants and building management.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026Overall it has been a great experience! Apartment is wonderfully designed and the amenities are overall great and I enjoy utilizing them. Staff is friendly and attentive. The whole place definitely gives you the luxury feel. Due to location there isn’t much outdoor space, so it makes it a little difficult for those with pets. However, downtown is a short walk and it’s nice being close to restaurants and entertainment.Review from Apartments.com
