June 18, 2025Management in the building is unresponsive to the needs of residents. Maintenance system has significant delays, need to contact leasing office multiple times to get something as simple as a HVAC filter change done. Extremely difficult to reach anyone in management. Need to speak to leasing office agent in person because they never answer emails or phone calls.Property Manager Responded

June 9, 2025Office staff is very friendly and great! Amenities are amazing. It is hard to control who uses the pool as they leave the gate wide open for family and friends. People that live here do not respect trash days because they park their cars where the trash cans are supposed to go. June 7, 2025The office gave me no information that I had to give 60 days notice before the end of my lease to move out. I was told when I moved in that the clause that they were referring to was only applicable if you terminated early. When I went to the office to discuss, they were very argumentative and had no sympathy. They stated "it's not our fault that you didn't read your lease". I did in fact read it. I asked about the 60 day clause and was given incorrect information. It's just not ethical or good ...practice to just tell a tenant that they have to pay for 60 days extra with NO NOTICE. I will repeat, I received absolutely no "courtesy notices" about this.Property Manager Responded
