enterprises gave me a 60 notice to leave and that it's for a manager to live. That a LIE that's why they are trying to pass this opportunity to rent this apt to YOU! ***Don't rent this apt 11. Don't live above apt 5 (neighbor from another planet) Although other neighbors are really nice in this complex. I might add. There's no win in this between the neighbor from another planet. This family owned leasing company will side with this lady (lady down stairs in Apt 5, above apt 11) if you rent this place. There's no point in reasoning with her (apt5) or summit enterprises leasing family owned. Con: 1. no central air (you welcome with heat in the blazing San Gabriel valley heat) as you walk through the door. 2. No ac unit In the bedroom so be prepared to camp out in the living room (only wall unit in this 1 bedroom) 3. This apt complex of 14 units has only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the enrire complex) Be prepared to go to the laundromat. 4. How will you feel at home if you get constantly harassed? It's not worth it. Rent a unit where you get central air and also a neighbor that doesn't ruin your dinner parties or a knock from you when youre vacuuming. 5. Old complex so when you walk (Im 120pounds) everything will sound. Pro: close to the 210/134. Side note: I was told after I rented that the previous tenant before me at apt 11 also had "run ins" with this out of this world neighbor in APT 5. Cops were involved in this domestic dispute. My situation did not get as nasty. I would not take the time to write this if I thought it would not benefit the next tenant. Please tip toe through your own apt so u won't disturb the tenant (I did that). Who lives life like that? We all Pay the rent don't we?
