NO HOT WATER
July 21, 2025DO NOT RENT HERE. The main issue is that the hot water in the building frequently does not work after-hours and they have no urgency to get it fixed till the next business day. So if you come home from a workout on the weekend, you likely won’t be able to shower till business hours on Monday. Despite multiple emails, calls, and office visits where the property manager reassures tenants that the issue won’t happen again, it always does. They change property managers frequently and never announce ...it to tenants. Management is horrible at replying to important emails in a timely manner and never gives a full response to questions. The way the property manager acts is not acceptable in any other professional setting. Additionally, the rent price per sq ft is ridiculously high. They keep increasing it without any improvements to the building. If anything, the building’s upkeep has gotten worse over time for a building that should be easy to clean and maintain. The hallways are dirty, dusty, and not well lit. Housekeeping does not pay attention to details when cleaning things around the building, but instead foes the bare minimum.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
alright for price
July 14, 2022Very small apartment for decent price and good location, probably cheapest one you can find around this area, not sure about price/sqft. However, depending on your neighbor your unit can be very noisy. I could here people talking over the wall and every footstep from above. Also at my last month of lease, I had to show my unit pretty much once in two days until unit was occupied and sometimes even without 48 hours notice, if showing is cancelled, of course you wont get notified. Last month of my ...stay really ruined everything.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Disappointed
August 2, 2018I made an appointment to look at this apartment. But I was told by the property agent that all of their apartments have been rented right before the appointment day. It was really disappointed.Review from Apartments.com
