Awful building maintenance
August 11, 2018Apartments in this building Constantly have water damage that is NEVER resolved. Only a band-aid is put on it and YOU have the annoying water damage repair ALL over again. The problem is coming from the rooftop if the building!! On the Back, outside of the 2nd floor - is a HUGE ? garbage DUMP!! The garbage is so overwhelming - it's hazardous to have an apartment on the 2nd floor. Staircases are not cleaned thoroughly. Each floor has not been mopped in over 6 months. Building is in a Great ...location. Management isn't great - 2 major hospital across the street: Kings County and Downstate. Shopping area /banks /gyms /entertainment is not far: Sears, Stop and Shop, Key Good/Cookies, Blink, 24 Hour Fitness, Old Navy & Gap Outlet, Rainbow, Kings Theatre/Prospect Park/Brooklyn Botanical Garden/Rite Aid/Duane Reade/CVS and so much more. Take your rent money and go to the NEW buildings in the area. There's plenty of them for you to choose. Building management need to renovate the entire building - top and bottom Inside and out.
