June 27, 2025Generally a very good apartment, but maintenance has been spotty lately, with problems keeping the elevators and the lobby coffee machine working. Lease renewal is also a pain, since every renewal cycle comes with significant amd unexplained rent increases. Despite these drawbacks, I do appreciate amenities such as the fitness center and courtyards, and the common areas are usually very clean.Property Manager Responded

June 24, 2025So far I really love the apartments and think I chose the best one out of all the apartments that were on my list. While I do think the walls are pretty thin (I can hear everything both inside and outside the apartment building). I think that complaint is minor compared to some of the bad reviews I read on some of the other apartments I was looking. What really sold me was the price, location (my job is around the corner), and the friendly leasing agents and concierge team.Property Manager Responded

June 24, 2025I moved into 77H in February 2025 and its been a wonderful experience so far. The management team has been nothing but friendly and helpful. I've only had one minor maintenance request so far and it was resolved within an hour of me submitting the ticket. My unit is very clean and well maintained, the AC/Heat work so well, and the giant windows looking out to the courtyard are the best part. I'm looking forward to making use of the pool and outdoor space.Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2024Living at 77H has been great so far. I have made almost daily use of the amenities (gym, coffee machine, etc.), and the staff has been very friendly and helpful with questions and package pick-ups. Maintenance has also been quick to respond to work orders.Property Manager Responded
