This apartment may look nice, but it is awful. The building is extremely old and the upgrades were done poorly. You can hear your neighbors through the wall when they are talking normally and can even be heard outside of your apartment when talking in the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. If you plan on living anywhere but the top floor, be prepared to be woken up daily by your neighbors upstairs. Appliances are always breaking and rarely work even when maintenance comes to fix them. If you move here, don't expect any peace and quiet. You will be able to hear all of your neighbors habits and conversations on all four sides, right, left, above and below. Also management will lie to you and screw you over. I've had to start recording phonecalls and printing out emails.
