Worst management of all time. They take weeks if not months to respond to routine management requests let alone serious sanitary issues. So far, since living here we have encountered roaches, mice, rats, broken pipes/sinks, broken refrigerator, crumbling and moldy ceiling structure...the list goes on. Oh but don't expect them to care or understand cause they'll still upcharge you the next year by an absurd amount because of the "location." They don't care about their building issues but rather ...
just harass you for their rent without addressing any issues.
Also, this block in the last two years has had constant, weekly construction going on outside our window. Jack hammers at least twice a week all day.
Do yourself a favor and live in a different building in this area. There are so many good ones with much better management that are worth your money.
