Horrible Management Company & Building is falling apart
August 8, 2023
Property management company run by arrogant, disrespectful, rude people who refuse to keep the place clean or repair anything. Building & grounds are run down, pool has algae, heater is broken, not watering grass, trees or shrubs, everything dying. Ongoing bed bug problem throughout. Refuse to replace carpets, paint or general maintenance, yet they continue to raise rents with a vengeance. The place used to be great until these new owners took over, now it's a dump, look elsewhere!
