needs new pipes but that the landlord will never fix it to save money and that the apartment will continue to have plumbing issues. We literally have to shower with brown water going past our ankles. Be advised, we have been here for over a year - no changes. Expect your sink's garbage disposal to not work and overflow with dirty water (we had our sink overflowing with water with food particles that were from the neighbor residing above us); we had to use a bucket to take water out of our sink and took maintence 2 days to come fix it. Additionally, there is no dishwasher and there is NO in unit washer/dryer (this place is misleading); you have to walk to the back of the property and pay using quarters for laundry (the laundry room always gets flooded when it rains and the equipment STAINS YOUR CLOTHES permanently). Moreover, it gets so hot in the summer and buying portable AC units is extremely expensive since there is no central AC or AC unit already installed. Cabinets, floor, appliances, walls all look damaged and the landlord will not fix it before you move in - the place is far from renovated. All they do is paint over damages so you can still see them. This place not only looks bad, but the other tenants and neighbors are rude, entitled, territorial, and creepy. An old man across from the property will constantly walk over to this property and walk around and look into your windows and make rude comments about your pets - hence, this place is also not dog friendly.... Definitely spend your money somewhere else!
