  Note this is a sublease for the remainder of my lease which ends July 23rd. Rent: $1100, Water Rate $30 Other*: Insurance $13, Internet $45 *These are up to you and what you want to get but for reference this is what I am paying. If you sign before 2/15 then I will cover your internet cost for the remainder of the lease. That would be all utilities covers at 1130 a month. Overall a pretty nice apartment. It is a little weird because it definitely did not start out as an apartment. It has tall ceilings but the walls in between rooms are not all the way up. It is a little bit weird but I have grown to like the spacious feeling it gives. It has a nice bathroom that is fully enclosed unlike the other rooms. I am willing to leave some furniture for free as well. Laundry is shared with another apartment but is accessible directly from the unit and you do not need to pay to use it! For parking there is street parking in front and a parking lot for the building down the block. I would like to sublease for the remainder of my lease, until July 23rd. However, I am willing to consider other options, feel free to message me about that. I am not sure if the property manager will let you renew after July 23rd, I am looking into that and I will update when I find out. Pets should be okay but require approval from property manager as well as an additional cost. (Cat: $250 deposit, $25 per month, Dog: $400 Deposit, $40 per month) Feel free to message me with any questions. I am out of town currently but should be back in town soon to do tours.
