May 24, 2017The apartment manager is a person who works for the tenant, but the building owner does not care about the tenant at all. The elevator has been broken for about three months, and the garbage should go out the door. There is a lot of dirty sewage in all the houses when the sewer is clogged. There are more rats in the house than there are people in the house and there is not a solution until the end. The apartment is small and clean, and there is a restaurant store laundromat 99street around ... It ...is a convenient and convenient location to live in. Rat ... Could be better...
October 10, 2015Apartment is kept clean most of the time. On site manager is very nice! Only issue is maintenance. If something needs to be fixed, it'll take a week or longer! Elevator has been out of order for two weeks at one point and there are 4 floors here besides the garages. Garage gate has been broken at least six times in the past year. There are only two washing machines and two dryers in the laundry site, so you have to check before actually doing your laundry. Apartment has central AC with hardwood ...floors. Rooms are decent size. Allows small pets and is only a block away from a middle/ high school. It is a pretty quiet apartment building.
