December 2, 2024Apartments are nice because they are new. However the elevators do not ever work. The Leasing office is always closed and you can’t reach anyone. Maintenance request takes months. There is no security on the premises. Outsiders have easy access to “gated/code entry” entrance. Multiple packages have been stolen from the front door. Multiple cars have been broken into. Utility bills are outrageous amounts and no one is able to explain the breakdownReview from Apartments.com
Not so Luxury
December 12, 2023Apartments are nice because they are new, the elevators do not work, trash rooms stink because trash is picked up twice a week. Tenants use the parking lot to smoke and as a trash can. Leasing office is always closed can’t reach anyone.Review from Apartments.com
Poor communication
August 30, 2023Property is beautiful but with luxury comes proper communication they never answer their phones, check their voicemails, you have to call all day and hunt them down via their other property numbers. And when you do get a hold on them they always have an attitude. If you Google this company they literally have 1-2 stars because of communication and that’s something I wish I would have researched prior to signing a lease.Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful brand new building
July 12, 2023It is a beautiful building, meticulously designed and it is tucked away on a private road in a very good neighborhood in the upper northeast. I cant wait to get in hopefully as I'm awaiting approval!!!Review from Apartments.com
