Not worth the rip-off

I have never written a review bad or good in my life, however I feel compelled to warn people about this one after my experience. We were crunched for time to find a place so took this apt (Myself, my boyfriend, and dog) knowing it was pretty run down and old. Our landlords charged us a 200 dollar cleaning fee and a 1100 deposit upon moving in. We stayed for three years rarely complained about things like mold, plumbing, and a roach problem, we just took care of most of it ourselves and let them ...

know. We let them know we were moving a month before and they stayed friendly. Then once moving time came after days of cleaning our Landlord sat us down lied straight to our faces and basically refused to give us any deposit back. Truly just started making up that we got a dog recently (had her four years already) and agreements in the contract sitting in front of us that were just not there. It was just a really ugly and greedy sight, don't get stuck with the same apt nightmare! They treat tenants poorly and refuse to pay deposits, even had the audacity to call us in our new home and ask for more money! Run for the hills with this place, you will save a lot of money and grief.
