Poor Maintenance Putting Residents at Risk
February 6, 2023RedPeak is a property management company that doesn't value the safety of its residents or their property. Getting them to actually fulfill maintenance requests is like pulling teeth. The first bad impression was getting them to fix our freezer. It took 4 requests for them to fix the broken freezer fan motor that was squealing loud enough that our neighbors could hear it because they're too cheap to spend a couple dozen dollars on the motor and would rather have some poor maintenance tech come ...and grease it up and hope that we just give up. The worst experience though is the state of the garage parking on Dahlia. I've spoken with three other residents using the parking there who have experienced thefts, vandalism, and break-ins and RedPeak has done absolutely nothing to stop it. Even worse, the garage door has been broken for two months, left open, while the door into the main apartment building has also been left broken and locked. I just had someone rip the wires out of my motorcycle, break several fairings, and they attempted to gauge out my lock cylinder with a hammer and chisel. In a 'locked' garage. This is unacceptable. The walls are thick concrete, the door is locked, and the only entrance is wide open. If I were a woman I'd be terrified to park there late at night. This is the kind of safety and community that RedPeak is fostering. Fix the gate, fix the door, install a security camera, install a sign. Do your job. Do better.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Disappointing in every way
October 31, 2020This apartment complex is comparatively cheap given ridiculous Denver prices however that's the only good thing I can say about it. It was clearly built as cheaply as possible out of cheap plywood so there is no soundproofing. The leasing agent insisted that we would have a dishwasher and microwave in our apartment but this turned out to be incorrect. There is no carpeting, none of our doors worked properly and when we moved in our lock was broken. If you're looking for a place in this price ...range, I encourage you to keep looking.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
