Less than a month into lease significant plumbing issues causing hot water to stop working in the middle of winter with 10 and 20 degree temps. Property mgr refused to fix causing me to get a hotel room several days a week just just to shower. Faulty wiring caused blown fuse leaving me without electricity for 21 days before landlord sent an electrician. Piles of scrap wood with exposed nails from renovations were piled in apartment parking lot causing 8 nails in tires, had to purchase 5 tires in ...

2 months time, landlord refused to acknowledge or clean up hazardous debris.
