This place is located in a good area but before you decide to move in, I need to let you know that there are a lot of problems in this building: 1. This building is old and the appliances in the apartment are in bad condition but the landlord refuses to repair or replace them. 2. There is a serious infestation of mice and cockroaches that plagues the building. The rugs are also in desperate need of replacement as they are smelly and dirty. 3. The laundry machines, located in the basement, are ...

pay-to-use that have prices that are unaffordable. The machines are stinky and outdated. It’s better to use the laundry machines outside rather than here. The landlord refuses to replace them. The awful landlord ignores and refuses to fix problems in the building and the needs of the residents. The landlord makes this place uninhabitable as you don’t feel happy or healthy living here.

Good space for the cost. Great super in the building. Terrible landlord. We had issues with our upstairs neighbors and absolutely nothing was done. Don't rent here if you dislike frequent building evacuations due to the fire alarm going off. Very close to the T and Walgreens. There are a lot of great things about this location, but if you end up having any issues then you are going to be miserable because the landlord won't be of any use.
