October 22, 2017Cons: Rent is raised 10% every year Hot water breaks about once every other week(I hope you enjoy bathing in frozen water) Apartment manager is never present(He delegates this task to his grandmother who doesn't speak any English) Loud, obnoxious neighbors with a car alarm that go on all day Unresponsive apartment management(expect no response for work requests or extremely delayed responses) Neighbors who love smoking right underneath your window Neighbors love coming into the communal garage ...and stealing from your car Soft Story Apartment(I hope you enjoy the increased risk of collapse in the event of earthquakes.
