Not bad building but poor management and maintenance

we have been living here for over 12 years. This is not a bad building. It is well located. We came here years ago, and now our rent is, of course, under the market. For this reason, we can't move.
The building has an elevator, but it is poorly maintained. The super is great but too busy to do more. I am sure he is underpaid as well.
The apartments are nice size but they need so much work on the walls, pipes, etc.

don't see a change in the building. The landlord knows he will rent the apartment even if it is crap because people still move to this area. I wish we could afford better or the apartment and building get better care.
