Sometimes the neighbors blast music until 5am, but that's pretty rare. Cats seem to be allowed and some renters here have small dogs. I'd say the size of the rooms are pretty generous and we get plenty of natural light. The management company is shifty, my best advice is to be patient and persistent, and research your rights. If you have to, have the town hold your rent in escrow, this will help force the company to make repairs while keeping you off the tenant blacklist.
